Terms of Use
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
By using the EventhubX mobile app you accept these terms. The app is developed by Twice Apps and made available to organisations (organisers) for their own events.
1. The service
EventhubX shows the programme, announcements, guide, surveys and other content of the event you attend in a single app. You join an event in the way the organiser chooses (event code, QR code, invitation or e-mail verification).
2. Event content
The programme, announcements, locations, travel and other information in events is prepared by the organiser, who is responsible for its accuracy and currency. Follow the organiser's announcements for time and venue changes.
3. Rules of use
- Use the app only for events you are invited to or entitled to attend; do not use someone else's code, invitation or identity without permission.
- Do not enter unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others, in surveys, suggestions or the assistant.
- Do not attempt anything that would endanger the security of the app, the servers or other users (unauthorised access, automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, etc.).
The organiser may remove an attendee who does not follow the rules; your access to that event is then closed.
4. The assistant
The assistant generates answers with AI based on the event information. Answers may be wrong or incomplete; for important matters rely on the organiser's announcements and event information.
5. Continuity of service
We aim to provide the service without interruption, but there may be temporary outages due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. Some features may require a new version; older versions may be asked to update.
6. Intellectual property
The app's software and design belong to Twice Apps; the content, logos and images in events belong to the relevant organiser or rights holders.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from errors in event content, the organiser's decisions or temporary outages of the service.
8. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: contact@twiceapps.co.
