KVKK Privacy Notice
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we inform you about your personal data processed through the EventhubX mobile app, the management panel and the eventhubx.co website.
1. Data controller
For the data of event attendees, the data controller is the organisation running the event (the organiser); Twice Apps is the data processor acting on the organiser's behalf. For the data needed to run the app technically, panel user accounts and this website, the data controller is Twice Apps:

3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Enabling event attendance, providing event content and announcements — establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- Identity verification, applying access and ban decisions, service security and preventing abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Forwarding surveys and feedback to the organiser, answering assistant questions — performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Responding to a demo request and preparing an offer — at the data subject's request before entering into a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
- Fulfilling statutory retention and disclosure obligations — legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
4. How data is collected
Your data is collected electronically through the mobile app, the management panel and the website; from the information you enter and, automatically, from technical information the app creates on your device. The organiser may also upload the attendee list to the panel.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to the organiser of the relevant event and the panel users it authorises, to the service providers we use to deliver the service, and to competent public authorities where required by law. Some service providers are located abroad; these transfers are made in accordance with the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- to request information if it has been processed,
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- to request erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- to request that rectification and erasure be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- to object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems,
- to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
7. Applications
Send your requests to contact@twiceapps.co with enough information for us to verify your identity. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. For applications about data belonging to an event, we act together with that event's organiser.
